Syllabrix Studios provides branding, design, content, and digital services. Specific deliverables, scope and pricing are agreed upon per project in a Statement of Work (SoW).

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by Syllabrix Studios unless otherwise stated. Clients receive rights to final deliverables upon full payment, as outlined in their SoW.

4. Fees & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance payable on delivery. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above Bank of England base rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of our website or services. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific project.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
